KMK Recycling Christmas Lights

As people begin to take down their Christmas trees and lights please remember you can now recycle your lights by dropping them into the Christmas Lights recycling trolleys in the Bridge Shopping Centre in Tullamore.

As part of the local fundraising drive to help pay for the Christmas Lights throughout the town over the festive period, local company KMK Metals Recycling have teamed up with the Tullamore & District Chamber and the Bridge Shopping Centre to encourage people to recycle their festive lights rather than it going to landfill.

KMK Metals Recycling are Ireland’s largest recycler of electronic, electrical appliances and batteries in Ireland and have committed to supporting the initiative based on the amount of Christmas lights and batteries the town and county can recycle before the end of January.

You can help raise funds for next years town centre on street Christmas lighting by bringing your old Christmas lights and batteries to the Bridge Shopping Centre in Tullamore.
