KMK Metals Recycling’s Deirdre Lynam recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, passing with a distinction. Deirdre who is an Environmental Health and Safety Officer, based in KMK’s Kilbeggan plant, studied part-time over two years in Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT) while working full-time.
Deirdre was presented with a bunch of flowers and a bottle of champagne from her colleagues at work this morning.
Compliance Manager, Olivia Brennan, said: “We are delighted to hear that our EHS Officer, Deirdre Lynam, has passed her final exams with a distinction. We would like to congratulate her on this great achievement.”
