Irelands first Mixed WEEE Treatment Plant

The Smasher system technology is applied specifically to the treatment of Small Household Appliances also known as mixed WEEE.

The machine involves four distinct phases of WEEE pre-crushing and material separation.

The machine has the capacity to treat 5.5 tons of mixed WEEE per hour.

The Smasher system will ensure that recycling rates for this WEEE family are met within the WEEE Directive targets.
