Processing & Recovery

Maximising the metal recovery in all materials received is a primary objective at KMK Metals Recycling.

All the plant’s specialist equipment - pneumatic dismantling stations, industrial balers and destruction shredders - coupled with expertise, is geared towards achieving this goal. The recovery of raw materials for further recycling is also another objective. These are segregated, packed and sent to specialist recyclers.

Each fraction is further reprocessed at specialist facilities abroad.

Every metal and plastic fraction extracted in the recycling process is managed according to the approved standards and environmental practices outlined in the company’s EPA licenses.
